These terms and conditions of purchase set forth the terms and conditions governing the purchase of products and services from the BM-Publisher. By submitting an order for such products or services, you agree to be bound by these Purchase Terms. If you wish to purchase any of the products or services offered on the Site, you must submit a completed order form. You will be required to select your products or services for purchase and complete your delivery and payment details. Once these have been completed, you should print out this page for your future reference. If we accept your order, you will be sent a confirmation email giving you an order reference number. Once we have sent this Email Confirmation, you will not be able to amend or cancel your order.
Price and Payment
The price of products and services offered on the BM-Publisher shall be that quoted on the site on the date you place your order. For payment, If you are paying by credit card or debit card, then you must supply your card details when you place your order. Your card will be charged when the order pass fraud review and confirmed by email. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the credit card holder by requesting appropriate documentation.
